This item was very gently used by my dog just once or twice. The item comes with the original box, paperwork, and all parts and pieces, tools, etc.
If you’re wondering whether your dog will use this or not, my dog was a miniature schnauzer who was really cuckoo. And she was OK. The couple times I used it, she did great. One thing I liked about this item is that the wheels are a little bigger than others that I’ve seen. That really helps a lot. It has a couple of different adjustments for the harness. All the instructions are included.
