It does have minor wear, please see pictures and judge for yourself. Size - The chair itself is approximately 23 1/4" tall, 13 1/4" wide a nd 15 1/4" deep, while the seat is approximately 11 1/2" tall, 11 3/4" wide a nd 10 1/2" deep.
