Condition is as shown but worked just fine on previous chair. Genuine La-Z-Boy Swivel Base parts. Everything you need to install the swivel base is included..Just remove your regular base and screw in the wood base piece to your springs and then attach the swivel round base to that base piece with the 4 included screws. No issues with this base!
