Offered is a Summerville Martha Washington CHAIR KIT by Nancy Summers  including the wood parts - Miniature Dollhouse 1:12 scale. Instructions for assembling and upholstering are clear and easy to understand. But this is not  a kit for children as it requires hot water to bend the wood to curve the back of the chair. Leg carving is also required. The arms and legs are made out of Cherry wood. The back and seat are made of Bass wood. Fabric is not included, so you get to choose you own fabric as you wish, and a ny thin fabric will work. You will need wood glue, card stock, finish for the wood. This is a miniature dollhouse 1:12  SCALE KIT.  MEASUREMENTS:  The Kit contains the wood parts, directions, and padding. Photos show you the condition, and the penny will help you determine the size and scale. This is a decorative item intended for adult collectors, and is not a toy.
