When your order gets delivered from our warehouse to the carrier's distribution center local to you, they will contact you to schedule a day and time for delivery. All deliveries will require an adult present at delivery to sign for packages.
Note that the “Estimated Delivery Date” on the tracking page is for your items to be delivered to your local distribution center, and not to you. Once the item arrives at your local distribution center, you will receive a phone call within 2 business days to schedule a day for delivery. Returns
