You are purchasing the following : One Rifton Activity positioning chair R632 This unit comes with the following : wheels tray back head rest with handle to push,pull sandals seat belt padded cloth coverings This unit is really in good condition everything checks out to work as it should but not knowing the full spectrum of this unit there could be something that I missed . The only thing that I noticed was that the seat belt was faded in color but doesn't show any rips or penetrating wear in material For shipping purposes the back support will be removed (two screws to re-install that are included)
