Replacement Bearing Repair Kit Parts For Office Chair Gas Spring Cylinder #Ck-1 This listing is for a set of hardware needed to repair/replace worn-out parts in pneumatic gas lifts/cylinders commonly used on office chairs. The kit does not include the gas spring lift cartridge itself. The listing is only for the hardware on the left side of the picture. This kit includes all the pieces needed, including a grease pack. Warning: Failure to use grease may damage the bearing and washers. Important: The order in which I am listing these parts is the exact order in which they need to be placed on the piston, as pictured. Failure to place the parts in this exact order may result in damage and/or failure of the gas spring. The kit includes the following parts, which cannot be sold separately . You have to buy the entire kit. A- 1 rubber spacer B- 1 hardened steel black washer C- 1 bearing (grease both sides of the bearing) D- 1 hardened steel black washer At this point, you will need to place the gas lift assembly back into the housing until the piston end comes out of the support column. E- 1 flat thin washer F- 1 retaining clip
