IN EXCELLENT CONDTIION FOR BEING ALMOST 5 DECADES OLD. NEAR BESIDES THE MINOR SIGNS OF LIGHT USE. AFTER DOING TONS OF RESEARCH I CAN NOT FIND ANOTHER CHAIR WITH THE SAME FABRICK AS THIS ONE.
