If you live in a nursing home or assisted living facility you will need to make sure you are allowed to order this wheelchair as some facilities are extremely strict as to exact seating measurements and will refuse the wheelchair delivery if not up to their exact measurement requirements. In the event of a delivery refusal from your facility YOU WILL BE CHARGED BOTH to and from shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
