This covers are new they were just taken out of the package for measurements. Stretch dining chair covers 85 % polyster and 15% spandex.The covers are for normal and high back Parson chairs. Chair-back height 19-23'' (See photo) .Chair-back width 15.5-18''. (See photo). Chair seat width 15.5-18'' and length 14-18'' (See photo) .Chair thickness 1-4''. These covers fit very well. The covers are for table height chairs. As you can see from the last photo, they do not work for counter high chairs because they are too short. From a smoke free but pet friendly home.
