Mahogany Empire Carved Claw Foot Leather Rocking Chair Freshly Restored.
I have had this chair for over 20 years finally got around to getting it finished. The chair was a grate project to start with construction wise all the wood was excellent and it was barely used. Of course the shellac was all alligator -up and the material that was on it originally had all faded and was needing replacing.
It’s solid mahogany with a good crown still to the rocking rail bottom. A few old scars remain after the stripping/refinishing of the wood. The new red distressed leather is from Italy, black piping with black cap tacks. Hand carved claw feet. This just came from the upholstery shop and it needs a new home.

From the floor to top of seat 20ish inches
The front of the seat is 21-1/4 inches wide and inside of back is 19ish in.
From the floor to top of arm rest 25.5 inches
From front of seat to back of seat 21ish in.
I also have 2/3 of the leather hide left over if your looking to have something of yours match for a fair price (cost)
