If you have any questions regarding the status of your order just send us a message, preferably through Pricetronic. All items will be brand new unless stated otherwise and will ship in original packaging from the manufacturer; however, situations arise where an item will have to be opened and repackaged for shipment; damage to box, item opened for inspection, floor model, boxes got wet, or any other reason. When this happens the item will be professionally repacked and shipped without prior notice and is still a brand new item.
RETURNS
We strive to ensure our customer's satisfaction. We understand that shopping online can be worrisome and we want to alleviate that stress by allowing our customers to shop with us online and that's why we accept returns within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange. If for any reason their purchase does not fit, doesn't look right, or you just want your money back we will provide you with a full refund.
Although rare, if your purchase arrives with any damage from shipping or a manufacturer defect then we will pick up and replace your purchase with a brand new item, offer an exchange, or if out-of-stock issue a full refund. Proper notification or documentation of damage or defect must be provided within 72 hours of receiving your shipment. On all other returns, we must receive the returned product before the refund will be issued. Allow for 72 hours for the credit to show at your banking institution. If proper documentation of shipping damage or defect is not provided in the time frame or if the item is being returned for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for return shipping to receive a refund.
The buyer must return the purchased items in the condition it was received or have tracking information within 30 days. If additional damage is done to the piece, sabotaging, or mishandling of the merchandise takes place; World of Decor reserves the right to refuse delivery and deny the refund. All refunds are at the discretion of World of Decor and will be considered on a case-by-case basis
