This chair was custom-made for Bank One (now Chase Bank)
I bought new as dead stock from the furniture customizer (Continental Office Supply / Columbus Ohio)

Seat Height from Foot Rest = 19"
Foot Rest Height from Ground = 12"
Seat Back Height from Ground = 43"
Seat Back Width = 13"-14"
Seat Back Height = 10"
Seat Width = 13"-15"
Seat Depth = 13"
Overall good condition.
The Aluminum frame is in great condition.
The cloth seat and cloth back are a bit "loose" from age (see photos)
