It has been refilled a couple of times, so it has beans in it already.
Bean bags compress over time, so when it is needed, just add more.
You'll probably want to add some more beans to it when you get it.
Instructions are on one of the bottom tags. NOTE:
Purposely doesn't have a zipper pull (you are supposed to use a paper clip).
That refill bag should last you awhile.
