Featuring one piece flared back legs, cabriole front legs w/ carved elbow and delicately carved ball and claw foot, there’s are quintessential Victorian mahogany chairs. The rush work on the seats looks like it might be original, and it’s in pretty good condition considering. Honestly, if I were putting these in my house, I would leave the seats as is, because aesthetically it’s just beautiful against the GORGEOUS aged patina on that solid mahogany wood.
