For Sale is a Beautiful Antique Gilded and Japan Black Faux Bamboo Ballroom Chair with Rush Seat.
The Japan Black background is densely gilded with starburst patterns. There are also tiny dots of green (see closeup photos) The seat is a rush that has been glazed with a chevron pattern in green on the natural straw color. The chair is W 16", D 16", H 32.5" and the seat is H 17". It is stable and has no wobble. there are areas at the bottom of the legs with paint loss. A couple of the rush pieces are loose.
