Antique Circa 1910 Mission Style Quartersawn Oak Rocking Chair

Buyer gets the Rocking Chair pictured. Made around 1910 or so. Quite light for a big oak rocking chair. Let me know if you want it weighed.I am not a furniture expert but I would say this is in very good shape. The arms have a tiny bit of play to them. Watch the video. I am sure a tiny bit of play is completely normal and one arm I am sure is 100%. The other may need some adjustment. Watch the video. I have a freind who is a master of wood so I will try and get with him on it...... The buyer gets what is pictured so please check the pictures carefully. It is about 37" tall and 27" wide at its widest and the seat is about 21" deep. This will have to ship by freight or private courier and that will be expensive. If it cost much more than what I am charging we may have to talk before it can go out. Be sure you want this as buyer pays return shipping. Unless you pick it up I don't see it being any cheaper than the $350 I'm charging for freight.
