2 days to pay after this case has been opened,giving you 6 full days to pay for the item.

Listings for items not paid for within the 6 day period will be canceled and re-listed.

Shipping prices are typically listed as a flat rate. We can arrange different shipping terms but please inquire before paying. 

We can combine shipping for multiple items. Please contact us before paying to work out combined shipping. 

We are not responsible for any items that are damaged in shipping. We do offer shipping insurance with rates available upon request and depending on the carrier and value of the item. Please contact us prior to bidding if you would like to have an item insured.     

An RA# must be requested through Pricetronic messaging for all returns. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving item. Please do not call to receive an RA#. 

Any item received without an RA# will be rejected. 

Some manufacturers do not allow dealers to give refunds for defective items but instead require merchandise by sent directly to them for replacement. We recommend if you have a problem with an item purchased from Kinsey's Outdoors to contact the manufacturer's customer service department first as in some cases they can resolve the problem over the phone.

Items returned that are not defective must be in new unopened condition. Returns for non-defective items will be refunded the price paid minus a 15% restocking fee. If you return an item that you claim is defective and it is not,the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
