The label reads--- Hand Hooked for Park Designs, 100% cotton chair pads, Made in India. It also has instructions for cleaning. CONDITION --- Great used condition. The cotton backing on one of the pads needs to be reglued. There a few stains on the underside. MEASUREMENT --- 14 ½” in diameter.
