Shipping
1. We have 3 warehouses located in CA, IL and NY, so your parcel will be shipped from one of them.
2. Package handling only takes 1 business day
at our warehouse, so please make sure entering correct payment and shipping information before checking out.
3. According to Pricetronic policy, we only ship to Pricetronic ADDRESS. Once your payment is completed, you can leave Pricetronic note or click the button named “contact seller” in your purchase history if the changes are needed before we send the product.
4. If an address change is needed after sending your item, you will be responsible for any fees associated.
5. Orders placed on weekend will be shipped within 2 days.

Terms of sales
1. All of our items come with a 30-day return policy. We ensure all our items are new and in excellent condition prior to shipping. In the event that you receive the item that is not to the standards above, please contact us via Pricetronic messages. All returns should be shipped with delivery confirmation.
2. Please note that all returns must be pre-approved by globalbid. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If you need to return, please check twice to confirm the item not work and contact our customer service representative, let us know the detailed problem and send us some pictures for confirmation.
3. All NON-seller mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% re-stocking fee and buyer should pay for the round-trip shipping fee. (E.g. you bought wrong model or wrong color).
