X-shape support: The fir wood seat surface is tightly screwed to the frame. The wooden seat of dining chairs is supported and reinforced by an X-shape bracing below to provide more stability and load bearing. The maximum load bearing is 150kg/330lb. For safety, please do not put anything overweight.

Terms of sales
1. If the parcel is delivered by UPS, pls open the package and check the item before you sign. And if the item has problem and u don't want to keep it, pls deny the parcel directly and contact us.
2. If u encounter some problems about the item, don’t worry. Most of the issues may be resolved by supplying replacement parts or alternative. And pls ensure to send us at least two images as proof: one is the packing and the other is the damaged unit.
3. If the product is damaged or doesn't work. Please contact us within 5 days and return it to us within 30 days since the delivery date.
