We remove the batteries from the wheelchair. 

The batteries are hooked up to a special machine that runs them through an extensive diagnostic test 

Then the batteries go through a reconditioning cycle. 

The batteries are then run through a final charge cycle

The entire process takes about two days and then the batteries are run through a load test to ensure they will hold a charge and perform under load.

The wheelchairs are stored without batteries to ensure they do not get drained.

The batteries are installed in the wheelchair right before shipping only after it has sold.

This wheelchair has been serviced and is in very good condition. Everything works perfectly on it.
Only a few minor scratches from normal use. This wheelchair has following features:

We check over the chair thoroughly before listing to make sure that everything is in working order so problems are rare.
Because of the complications of freight shipping there really is no good way to return an electric wheelchair.
If you do have problems we offer technical support and we have an extensive inventory of replacement parts.
If
we are not able to resolve the problem through technical support and
replacement parts, we could send you a replacement chair if we have a
suitable replacement.
We will do whatever necessary to make things right, up to and including a full refund.
