1980 Pair James Mont Century Furniture Lacquered Chinoiserie Style Lounge Chair

This is a beautiful set of Asian black lacquered chairs with brass accents. They were made by Century, Hickory NC made in the 80s. The chairs are elegant, the structure is solid and sturdy. They measure 30" tall 31" wide, 29" deep. The seats are 16" tall . The chairs are in excellent condition. On close inspection they may show some minor vintage scuffs but nothing outstanding. The original upholstery is beautiful but it shows wear and should be replaced. The chairs will be shipped by freight. I estimate that the cost will be $300-$400. I have used U-ship for many years with great results. I also have a few east and west coast shippers that I use regularly, they are trusted and reliable. When I arrange freight shipping I am facilitating a contract between the buyer and the shipper, the buyer must communicate with the shipper to make delivery arrangements. It can take me up to a week to find a freight shipper. Most freight shippers work alone and the buyer may be expected to help carry furniture. I also welcome local pick up in Indianapolis, IN. The buyer will be billed for the freight shipping costs.
